Legal Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a Public Hearing on February 13, 2018 at  7:00pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the proposed Zoning Law for the Town of Redfield.  The proposed outline for the zoning local law to read as follows:

Article 1 –Introduction

Article 2 – Definitions

Article 3 – Establishment of Zones

Article 4 – Zone Regulations

Article 5 – Site Plan Review Process

Article 6 – Site Plan Review Standards

Article 7 – Special Use Permits

Article 8 – Standards for Specific Uses

Article 9 – Nonconformities

Article 10 – Administration/Enforcement

Article 11 – Miscellaneous Provisions

 

Complete text of the proposed law is available from the Town Clerk during regular office hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm, Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm).  Any persons requiring accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Redfield, Town Board will hold a Special Meeting / Workshop on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 County Route 17, Redfield, NY  13437.  The purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed Town of Redfield Zoning Law and any other business that may come before the board.

Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at approximately 7:20pm (immediately following the Zoning Law Public Hearing).  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  14,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  10,250.00
Town Clerk                         –         $  11,000.00
Councilmen (4 )                  –        $    2,000.00 each
Tax Collector                      –         $    2,500.00
Supt. of Highway                –        $  44,560.00
