Town of Redfield Notice of Completion of the Tentative Assessment Roll Real Property Tax Law 506(2) and 526(2) Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Redfield, Oswego County, has completed the tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. A copy thereof will be filed on or before May 1, 2026 with the Town Clerk where it may be seen and examined by any interested person. The Assessor will be in attendance with the roll at the Redfield Municipal Building on: Monday, May 4 5pm – 9pm Monday, May 11 5pm – 9pm Saturday, May 16 8am – 12pm Monday, May 18 5pm – 9pm Monday, May 25th 5pm – 9pm Grievance Day is Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – 2pm to 6pm at the Redfield Municipal Building, 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437. Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 as soon as the preceding Fire Contract Public Hearing at 6:30pm is adjourned.  Further notice is hereby given that the Regular November meeting will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025 as soon as this Public Hearing is adjourned.  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  15,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  12,600.00
Town Clerk                         –        $  12,500.00

Councilmen (4)                   –        $    2,500.00 each
Supt. of Highway                –        $  56,121.00

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the execution of a contract with the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. for fire protection to be furnished to the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District” upon the general terms as follows:

1.         The Fire Department of said Fire Company shall answer and attend upon all calls in the area contained in the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District.”

2.        The proposed contract shall run for three (3) years from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.

3.        For such services, the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. shall receive the sum of $ 51,500.00 for 2026, $ 53,000.00 for 2027 and $ 55,000.00 for 2028.

All interested persons will be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
