NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 6:30pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 County Route 17, Redfield, NY  13437.  The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the Supervisor position.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, County of Oswego, State of New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day of December 2021, did adopt a local law pursuant to New York State Cannabis Law Section 131 opting out of allowing cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption sites within the Town of Redfield. This Local Law is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law. A complete copy of the approval resolution and local law summarized herewith is available for public inspection at the Office of the Redfield Town Clerk. A petition, to be valid, must be submitted within forty-five (45) days of the date of adoption of the resolution.
