LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 7:30pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 County Route 17, Redfield, NY 13437. The purpose of this public hearing to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the proposed Local Law #2 of 2019 Residency Requirement for Appointed Positions for the Town of Redfield. A copy of the proposed law is available from the Town Clerk during regular office hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm, Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm). Any persons requiring accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
