Legal Notice
The Town of Redfield, Oswego County, New York will be accepting sealed bids for AS IS playground equipment –located at School Road/Yerdon Drive. The bid will consist of all the equipment on the grass, which includes: 2 metal slides (a blue and a red), a large metal swing set (white), capacity 6 swings, and a wooden train, consisting of 4 cars (green, yellow, blue and red). The bidder is responsible to remove the playground equipment between September 7, 2024 and September 16, 2024. The Town of Redfield will not be held liable for any damage. Sealed bids should be mailed to Town Clerk Susan Hough, PO Box 178, Redfield, NY 13437 or dropped off at the Redfield Municipal Building during her regular hours of business (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm). Bids will be accepted until August 13, 2024 at 2:00pm. Said sealed bids will be opened and read on August 13, 2024 at the Regular monthly meeting of the Redfield Town Board at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
