LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 as soon as the preceding Fire Contract Public Hearing at 6:30pm is adjourned.  Further notice is hereby given that the Regular November meeting will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025 as soon as this Public Hearing is adjourned.  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  15,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  12,600.00
Town Clerk                         –        $  12,500.00

Councilmen (4)                   –        $    2,500.00 each
Supt. of Highway                –        $  56,121.00
