Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at approximately 7:20pm (immediately following the Zoning Law Public Hearing).  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  14,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  10,250.00
Town Clerk                         –         $  11,000.00
Councilmen (4 )                  –        $    2,000.00 each
Tax Collector                      –         $    2,500.00
Supt. of Highway                –        $  44,560.00

Legal Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a public hearing on November 8, 2017 at approximately 7:10pm (immediately after the Fire Contract Public Hearing) at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the proposed Zoning Law for the Town of Redfield.  The proposed outline for the zoning local law to read as follows:

Complete text of the proposed law is available from the Town Clerk during regular office hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm, Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm).  Any persons requiring accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Wed., November 8, 2017 at 7:00pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the execution of a contract with the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. for fire protection to be furnished to the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District” upon the general terms as follows:

1. The Fire Department of said Fire Company shall answer and attend upon all calls in the area contained in the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District.”

   2.        The proposed contract shall run for one (1) year fromJanuary 1, 2018 toDecember 31, 2018.

   3.        For such services, the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. shall receive the sum of $ 45,500.00.

   All interested persons will be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
