LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the execution of a contract with the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. for fire protection to be furnished to the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District” upon the general terms as follows:

1.         The Fire Department of said Fire Company shall answer and attend upon all calls in the area contained in the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District.”

2.        The proposed contract shall run for three (3) years from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.

3.        For such services, the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. shall receive the sum of $ 51,500.00 for 2026, $ 53,000.00 for 2027 and $ 55,000.00 for 2028.

All interested persons will be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
