NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the proposed Local Law # 1 of 2021 – A local law to opt out of allowing cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site consumption sites as authorized under Cannabis Law Article 4.  All interested persons will be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.  The regular December Board Meeting will begin following the Public Hearing.

Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 6:30pm.  The regular November Board Meeting will directly follow the public hearing.  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  14,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  12,000.00
Town Clerk                         –        $  11,500.00

Councilmen (4 )                  –        $    2,300.00 each
Tax Collector                      –        $    2,500.00
Supt. of Highway                –        $  51,000.00

The Town of Redfield regular Town Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2021 has been changed to Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 7:00pm, at 4830 County Route 17, Redfield, NY  13437.

We apologize for this short notice, but it is due to circumstances out of our control.
