Notice is Hereby Given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will open the public hearing on the Preliminary Budget for 2020 that was held on Thursday, November 7, on 2019 at 6:30pm, and recessed, on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 6:30pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437.  A special meeting will directly follow the public hearing, the purpose of this special meeting is to review the Preliminary Budget and any other business that comes before the board.

The Town of Redfield is accepting bids for the following used equipment:

1) Wood Chuck – Wood Chipper Model PTA41081 – AS IS

2) Roll-O-Static – Double Drum Roller – AS IS

Bidders should contact the Town of Redfield Highway Superintendent Paul Pratt at 1 Balcom Drive, Redfield, NY  13437, 315-599-7798.

Bids shall be provided to the Town Clerk by 2 pm on November 12, 2019.  Town Clerk, Susan Hough is located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY, (315) 599-7125, Tuesday & Wednesday 9am to 2pm, and Thursday 6:30pm to 8pm.  Office will be closed on Tuesday, November 5th.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at the November Redfield Town Board Meeting, beginning at 7:30PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.  The Town of Redfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Notice is Hereby Given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Redfield for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s Office located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein, during normal business hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday 6:30pm -8pm).  Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:30pm.  A Budget Workshop will directly follow the public hearing.  Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected town officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor                           –        $  14,000.00
Town Justice                       –        $  10,500.00
Town Clerk                         –        $  11,000.00

Councilmen (4 )                  –        $    2,300.00 each
Tax Collector                      –        $    2,500.00
Supt. of Highway                –        $  44,560.00

LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 7:30pm at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 County Route 17, Redfield, NY  13437.  The purpose of this public hearing to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the proposed Local Law #2 of 2019 Residency Requirement for Appointed Positions for the Town of Redfield.  A copy of the proposed law is available from the Town Clerk during regular office hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm, Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm).  Any persons requiring accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
