LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Redfield, at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437 on Wed., November 8, 2017 at 7:00pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the execution of a contract with the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. for fire protection to be furnished to the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District” upon the general terms as follows:

1. The Fire Department of said Fire Company shall answer and attend upon all calls in the area contained in the “Town of Redfield Fire Protection District.”

   2.        The proposed contract shall run for one (1) year fromJanuary 1, 2018 toDecember 31, 2018.

   3.        For such services, the Redfield Volunteer Fire Co., Inc. shall receive the sum of $ 45,500.00.

   All interested persons will be heard at the above mentioned time and place.

The purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed Town of Redfield Zoning Law, review Subdivision Redfield / Viggiano submitted by Christmas & Associates, Inc. and any other business that may come before the board. If you would like to be heard at this meeting you will be given a time limit of 3 minutes and must be on the agenda. We would ask one person per Company/Club please.
