LEGAL NOTICE
Legal Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Redfield will hold a Public Hearing on March 9, 2018 at approximately 7:15pm – directly following the Public Hearing at 7:00pm regarding Parkhurst/Castor Drive Spur at the Redfield Municipal Building located at 4830 Co Rt 17, Redfield, NY 13437, to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the proposed Zoning Law for the Town of Redfield. The proposed outline for the zoning local law to read as follows:

Article 3 – Establishment of Zones
Article 4 – Zone Regulations
Article 5 – Site Plan Review Process
Article 6 – Site Plan Review Standards
Article 7 – Special Use Permits
Article 8 – Standards for Specific Uses

Article 10 – Administration/Enforcement
Article 11 – Miscellaneous Provisions
Complete text of the proposed law is available from the Town Clerk during regular office hours (Tuesday & Wednesday 9am – 2pm, Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm). Any persons requiring accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
